The sun, the sea, the beach and our mind immediately goes to Sundek , an iconic brand known for its beachwear, which was born in San Francisco in 1958, but which was brought to Italy in the 70s by Luciano Pacini, a Tuscan entrepreneur who, in the USA, discovered the surfer costume, typical of the brand, and began to import the brand into Italy, until it became an integral part of the production process, especially for casual, everyday garments, not necessarily linked to the sea or to professional surfing. Sundek has been responding for decades to the requests of those who love the sea and also of those who have made it their life, such as surfers, producing quick-drying swimsuits, then also joined by Hawaiian shirts, t-shirts and accessories such as bags and Beach towels. Sundek was born producing legendary swimsuits which became, in the 70s, a real must for surfers, because they were specifically designed for their needs and in which nylon was used instead of cotton, the stitching was triple and the closure was done with the velcro. The boxer models are both short and thigh-length, and they are all very colorful and very sunny, both in solid colors and in the printed versions.
